Delivery cost
Online shop orders to UK Mainland cost a flat rate of £5.75 and are sent with DPD. Guaranteed pre-non delivery costs £9.20.
Can I collect my order?
We may be able to prepare your order for collection directly from our restaurant in Shoreditch:

Where is my order?
Your orders are sent by DPD, who aim to deliver between 9am-5pm. You will receive a notification, including tracking number, at least 1 day before your delivery date, and again on the delivery date by 11am, giving you a 1-hour delivery time slot (by email and phone if you input both during purchase).
If you have not received tracking information by 11am on the day of your delivery, please email shop@delaminakitchen.co.uk stating "Missing tracking code" in the subject or contact DPD directly.

Can I change some items from the finish-at-home kits?
Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to the finish-at-home kits.
My order has missing or damaged items
We pack our boxes with care and hope you receive all items in perfect condition. If however some items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery via email on shop@delaminakitchen.co.uk. In some cases we will require evidence of the damage.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

I haven't received my confirmation email
Your confirmation email will be sent from shop@delaminakitchen.co.uk, please check your spam or junk folder.If you cannot find your email, please contact shop@delaminakitchen.co.uk stating your delivery name and address so we can resend this.
I would like to cancel my order
The deadline to cancel orders is by midnight three days prior to your delivery date. Cancellations cannot be made after this time.
When does the food expire?
All ingredients must be kept chilled until use and be consumed within 2 days of delivery
